PUVs must post fare matrix before charging higher fares -- ACTO

Public utility vehicles (PUVs) without a printed fare matrix posted inside their vehicles cannot implement the recently approved fare hike and may face penalties, the Alliance of Concerned Transport Organizations (ACTO) said Sunday.
