BIR issues circular renewing suspension of excise tax on LPG, kerosene

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has issued a circular implementing the renewed excise tax break on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and kerosene, less than three months after it was lifted, as crude oil prices breached the threshold for tax relief again amid the conflict in the Middle East.
