NTC fines DITO, Globe, Smart P100,000 daily over poor mobile broadband services
The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has issued show cause orders against DITO Telecommunity Corporation (DITO), Globe Telecom, Inc. (Globe), and Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart), imposing a P100,000 daily fine over poor mobile broadband services monitored in September 2026.
