Vet clinics in Quezon City granted tax incentives if they spay and neuter pets
The Quezon City Council on Thursday passed a local ordinance granting veterinary clinics tax incentives if they perform spay and neuter surgeries for pets belonging to indigent residents, according to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
